ETF Investment Strategy
ETFs are a sound beginning investor's portfolio instrument to gain a foundation on financial income and wealth generation. The reason ETFs are opportunistic is due to their ability to diversify a portfolio with a holdings listing that would otherwise cost magnitudes more in share price.
Here is the strategy:
Below is an ETF Heatmap that shows you ETFs per country ordered by capitalization size.
1. Pick your country in the top left corner of the heatmap panel.
2. Set the period to 3 months. It is effective to identify value picks.
3. Select 15 to 25 ETFs for your portfolio to invest in on your own budget.
When selecting ETFs, click on them to be taken to an overview of the ETF which includes dividend yield as well as yearly performance. Review every performance period (1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 5 years, max) to see if the ETF is stable and will bring in a solid baseline to your portfolio.
When done selecting them and writing down the symbols, its time to invest at your brokerage app. Just pick your budget and divide by the number of ETFs you chose to see how much to put in to each. If you prefer, you can manage your allocations your own way.
That is it! With this baseline of income from stable ETF picks, your portfolio will tend to the upward trend when returning to your usual investments. Also, the dividends will allow you to purchase shares in any investment you wish. You can bolster your stable ETFs or invest in ventures such as currently performing companies.
